What's wrong with me that I haven't posted this before? The Screamers were a Los Angeles synth driven punk band. Sounds like a danceable nervous breakdown. They never officially released anything but they are fucking huge in terms of their influence in modern music. Specifically Le Shok-a band that everyone ripped off for the past nine years or so-who I would say singlehandedly made this band popular.
