It's been too damn long since I posted some Belgian post-punk. The Names were a melancholy Belgian post-punk band forming in the late 70s. They released one album and a few singles through Les Disques Du Crépuscule-basically a Belgian division of Factory Records-before breaking up in '82.
This is the 1991 reissue which includes 8 bonus tracks.
